Google Scholarship Program

Client Overview: Google is the world leader in Internet searching and location/mapping-based services. Their scholarships afford students an opportunity to improve their academic achievement, become more active community leaders. The program specifically aims to increase participation of women and minorities in information technology sector.

The Challenge: Google offers wide array of scholarship programs across the globe. New programs with custom requirements are routinely added, and Google couldn’t find a solution flexible enough to support its complex processes. Even Google’s in-house resources couldn’t offer a viable option.

Feature Focus: eResources developed a robust application system with a highly flexible workflow. This customized application system includes two optional review processes, an optional interview and a custom eligibility for different scholarships. A central repository was created to handle data collection for various programs in different international locations.
